• Coordinate MEP System using Revit MEP, Navisworks, Auto CAD and BIM 360 to ensure compliance with project requirement and standards.
• Conducted clash detection and resolved issues through coordination meetings with project stakeholders SWC’s.
• Lead VDC VDR Sessions with Project Stakeholders and engineers using BIM Software Navisworks and others.
• Collaborated with project team members to develop and maintain BIM Project Execution plans and standards.
• Led the creation and maintenance of BIM Models, including modeling of MEP systems and related components.
• Work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of shop drawings and other project deliverables.
• Communicated project progress to project manager and other stakeholders.
• Facilitates use of composite trade models in construction coordination/clash detection meetings and provide detection reports by the identification.
• Manages the exporting of information for consultant coordination, including background exchanges and Navisworks exports.
• Contributes to the development of processes, procedures, templates and model content for project delivery use.
